All Sales Are Final – No Refunds Policy
By purchasing any of our coaching sessions, courses, or digital materials, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:
- Non-usage of services
- Change of mind
- Scheduling conflicts or inability to attend sessions
- Claims of unauthorized purchase made using prepaid or gift cards
Once access is granted to live sessions, recordings, lesson materials, or online resources, the service is considered delivered and consumed.
Proof of Delivery & Service Use
To maintain transparency, we keep secure digital records for each client, including:
- IP address and device information used during purchase
- Timestamps of transactions
- Attendance or participation logs for coaching sessions
- Login and activity data for online course access
- Confirmation emails and digital receipts
These records serve as verifiable proof of service delivery and will be used to support our case in any payment disputes or chargeback claims.
Gift Card Purchases (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
Purchases made using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express prepaid or gift cards fall under the same policy.
Using such payment methods indicates acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Any chargeback attempt after accessing or using our services will be considered fraudulent.
The Clarity Aura reserves the right to:
- Report the incident to the card issuer
- Restrict future access to services
- Pursue legal or financial action if needed
